TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPLACE YOURSELF IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR FINANCIAL LOSS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
